Hi Phil,

I'm not so sure if I know what a smartnotebook file is. What is a smartnotebook? (I go out so little, I wouldn't know

So is it when you try to download the file again when you get the 0x800... error? or when you try to upload as a shared file?

If it is when you download it, would you have a chance to save the file in a different folder? That might solve the problem (as you might be wanting to download the file and overwrite the exisiting file in your PC).
