Making some "experiments" i found that trying export any sequence as an IMS package the tool is working! After this, trying to export the same sequence as a LAMS sequence the tool is working too!!!
If you open another sequence you have to do the same: First, export as an IMS pack and then export as a LAMS sequence...

Hi Giorgos!
Have you tried to export it to IMS and it works?
I also tried to do it and I failed (V 2.4). My intention is to upload it to Atutor system that supports IMS.

A "waiting few seconds" message display and nothing happens. I'm working under Ubuntu
Any clue?

Hi Ana,

Exporting LAMS sequences as IMS might not be useful at all.

LAMS isn't able to reimport it into this format.

And most likely other IMS LD compliant systems (which I don't know any just yet) might not be able to import this format either.

Hello Ana and Ernie,
as i've described the problem is (i think) in this server i work. (testlams.eap.gr/lams)
I repeat what i am doing...

1st trial
1. Open a sequence
2. Try to export as a LAMS sequence : fail

2nd trial
1. Open a sequence
2. Try to export as an IMS package : OK (it works)
3. Try once more time whithout doing anything else to export as a LAMS sequence : OK (this time works)

Making experiments with more sequences its the same thing: The export tool works only as the 2nd trial...

?????????

I am working under windows 7 and this happens with several browsers (ie, firefox, Chrome, Opera) with all plugins updated. I suspect that maybe its a problem on server side (LAMS v.2.4)...
