hello, I don't know how to add more sysadmin users, I try with the xls file feature, in the field role I add System Administrator and sysadmin but this names don't work.

any ideas?.

there exists any other method to edit users roles easily?

Hello!

This page explains how to use the roles spreadsheet: http://wiki.lamsfoundation.org/display/lamsdocs/Import+Users

To add a new sysadmin, put in the persons username, a value of '1' for the organisation, and the role 'sysadmin' in the roles column.

Or to do it manually:
1. login as an existing sysadmin
2. go to 'Group Mgmt'
3. click the 'Manage Global Roles' button
4. click 'Add/Remove Users' to make an existing user a sysadmin
5. scroll down to the user you want to make a sysadmin, and tick their box
6. click save
7. assign them the 'sysadmin' role
8. click save
9. done!
