Carla,

Can you attach a copy of the LAMS logs here? Don't post them directly here - zip them up and attach the zip file.

The instructions for the logs are on the Creating DEBUG Logs page on the wiki.

I changed lang, and stil the same message: soapenv:Server.userException: java.rmi.RemoteException: 11; nested exception is: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 11

In Moodle forums, nothing...
Please! help!

Hi Carla,

Looking at your logs, it appears that the LAMS server is unable to retrieve the Moodle user information.

Please go to this page
http://moodle.lamscommunity.org/temp/userinfo.php
and enter the details for your moodle server.

When you submit the form, it will generate the URL used by LAMS to retrieve the user info.

Could you please click on the link and post the returned text.

My user information URL in LAMS was wrong... I had http://mymoodleserver/moodle/mod/lams/userinfo.php?ts=%timestamp%&un=%username%&hs=%hash%
when the correct URL is
http://mymoodleserver/moodle/mod/lamstwo/userinfo.php?ts=%timestamp%&un=%username%&hs=%hash%

almost!!
