Hi Giorgios, There was a problem with Survey in previous versions but in the latest one (2.3.4) this is fixed. What LAMS version are you running? Also, I have noticed that surveys with more than 16 questions get difficult to create. Perhaps you can split the questions in several survey activities? Thanks, Ernie Posted by Ernie Ghiglione
