Hi Chris,

Have a look at the Manual Backups on this page:

Just make sure you copy across the repository folder, the jboss-4.0.2/server/default/deploy/lams.ear/lams-www.war/secure folder and of course a database dump from your MySQL.

Also, make sure that you do the mysqldump with the --hex-blob option as it has shown that there's compatibility issues (although it's usually btw Windows and Unix though.. but just in case).

Once you restart your LAMS sever in unix, login as sysadmin and change the Server URL to your new server in the configurations setting (Sysadmin Menu --> Edit Configuration Settings).
