Forum Problems Installing LAMS: Moodle activities doesn't appear in LAMS

Hi Andry,

The modifications you've done here http://wiki.lamsfoundation.org/display/lams/Moodle+Tool+Adapter are just one part

You will also need to customize your LAMS server to include the specific tool adapters. For the Moodle forum, you need to add a this new LAMS tool that "handles" the Moodle forum:

http://lamscvs.melcoe.mq.edu.au/fisheye/browse/lams/tool_adapters/moodle/lams_tool_mdlforum

As you can see, it isn't impossible... but it is not very easy to set up.

However, as you might have seen, we are working on Moodle2 integration and I'm planning to improve this setup a lot so it isn't so difficult to get up and running.

Please keep an eye on this thread for further news, I believe we'll start with this work in just a week or two.

Owh i see, is there a user manual for how to customize lams for add moodle activities in LAMS?
Becouse i am not a developer :(

Unfortunately there's no manual. But if you give me a couple of weeks, I'll be trying to create an easy to use installer to include moodle activities within LAMS as part of the work I'm doing with Moodle2 integration.
