If the Monitor has not opened the web conference meeting yet is it possible to have a text-box to write a message to his or her student about "when he plans to open it"?

with Live Edit as a Monitor (you may not know exactly when you write your sequence as an Author)

Ah, right! I see your point.

Perhaps what I can do is put an edit button in the summary page to edit the instructions. Do you think that will do?
