Forum LAMS for Tech-Heads - General Forum: Encoding bug for forum activity notifications, when rich text editor is selected

Hello friends,

The observation applies to the forum activity for LAMS 2.4 and greek language

When the rich text editor is selected the e-mail notifications arrive to gmail non readable, as seen here:

On the contrary when the rich text editor in not selected OR when notifications are sent from the monitor environment, they arrive to gmail as they should look and are perfectly readable.

This has to be a bug! What do you think?
