Hi Ernie,

Suddenly the Multiple Choice tool when you click on Create button to add a new questions it occurs multiple set of Answers as possible selections

Hi Spyros,

I think we addressed this issue not long ago.

It seems that for some reason, when an author modified the content of an activity, it also modified the default content for it.

What you can do to fix this is to login into the server as sysadmin, go to the sysadmin menu, then click on Tool Management, find the MCQ and click on "Edit default tool content".

Change the content to your desire default tool content and save.

That should solve the problem.
