Hi Rebecca,

I've just got word about the issue with our data center in Sydney.

There's been some construction happening next to our data center and it seems that the construction people have accidentally severed the fiber cable that goes to our main switch bringing everything offline.

They are trying to reroute things now so hopefully this will be resolved within the next 24 hours.
