Hi Jun-Dir,

You are correct about the duplicate user it seems. I've now changed the prefix to something else and I am able to create a new sequence now.

The remaining problem however seems to be that the drop-downs in a new LAMS Moodle activity are still blank. It tries to load and just chokes.

Any ideas on why this isn't working? It looks like a common problem...
