The LAMS team is interested in holding an install fest for the newly released LAMS 2.0. The aim of the event is to provide help to anyone who wants to install LAMS on their computer or laptop. It would also be a great opportunity to meet other people working with LAMS.

At this stage we would like to see how many people may be interested. The date and location are open for discussion.

Hi there,

I am certainly interested. Actually, I have already installed LAMS 2 in linux but have not yet installed on my laptop which is Windows.

I can attend any time as I am actually a research student at Macquarie and live just across the road.

I think it is a great idea as people can learn things as well as perhaps teach others.
