You could talk to your hosting provider and ask if they could install their LAMS instance using a dump of the database of your in-house LAMS instance. It's a full on transfer, so everything is maintained - there's no way to transfer lessons on their own. What you can do now is export sequences from your old server and import them into the new one - but that doesn't include lessons and lesson progress data.
