Dear sir:

I was trying the new 2.3.1 LAMS. There are a lot of new enhancements in it, however I encounter some Chinese characters problem, which I did not encounter in previous versions...

My profile is:
LAMS version: 2.3.1
Operating system: Windows XP, with service pack 3
Browser: Firefox 3.0.11
Flash player: 10.0.0.54

Hi Frank,

How do you created that user? I can see that the page has the right encoding (see pic).

So it might not be the page but when you created the user
