Well, the next thing that comes to mind is that the port is actually blocked. See that your firewall allows incoming connections in this port. Posted by Ernie Ghiglione

I detect the TCP/IP filter, all the TCP and UDP ports are opened. No restriction on the gateway. Posted by Yan Xu

Hi,Ernie I detected the port using netstat -ano,found that 8180 port is opening, so I have no idea and did not know what is the problem. Thank you! Posted by Yan Xu
