Problem Using Support Activity - Error Message

I have created a sequence that uses the 'Support Activity', but when previewing the sequence, the support activity doesn't open. The pop-up window opens, but displays an error message as follows:
Pop-up location url: lams/errorpages/error.jsp Sorry, there has been an error. org.lamsfoundation.lams.learning.service.LearnerServiceException: Unable to set up url as session does not exist. Activity 4157:Notebook learner 10:mdl_john Hide detail Posted by John Fitchett |
