Here is an example sequence using the support activity:

The problem presents itself occassionally in our regular LAMS install and always in our Moodle (via LAMS Two plugin).

Thank you for doing that. I see in the bug tracker that the problem has been fixed, but how do I implement the fix?

Should I upgrade my LAMS code to the latest version... or is there a setting or something?

What version of LAMS are you running? If you are running the latest (2.3.2) I can build a patch and send it to you.

We currently have version 2.3.1.

Is a patch necessary? I assume if the bug has been closed that the patch has been incorporated into the current release? Or is this not how it works?

If not, a patch would be great! I am sure others would find it useful too.

Update to LAMS 2.3.2 first (see downloads). Once you are up to the latest, let me know and I'll email you a patch to fix this.

Hi,

I am using LAMS 2.3.3 and recently have the same problem. When trying to view learning sequence from Moodle I ahve the same problem for support activities.

It was ok before,I did not understand what happened now though.

Can you help me, its a bit urgent as my students started to use the system.

There is an issue fixed in 2.3.4 where if you 'live edit' a sequence and add a support activity, you will get the same error (http://bugs.lamsfoundation.org/browse/LDEV-2510). Is it the case that someone used live edit to add the support activity? If so updating to 2.3.4 should fix it.

Hi,

I am not sure what do you mean by live editing.

However, I tried to delete and new again, it did not work again.

At this moment I a bit scared to update LAMS because the system is in use.
