Hello,

I have installed both Moodle and Lams on the same server.

I'm running on Ubuntu 8.04 with Plesk.

When I try to create a new LAMS Activity in a Moodle course I get a 400 error from Tomcat telling that some login parameters are missing.

I have double checked that server url, server id and server key are correct on LAMS and Moodle.

It's somehow strange because there's no request source box to fill in the Moodle config page and also no validate button!
I also didn't see any confirmation page telling me that the lamstwo database tables were correctly created. So I tried to create a mdl_lamstwo table with the info provided in the troubleshooting part of the manual. Is the some db info missing?

Thank You

Hi Jose,

There are two LAMS modules for moodle the 1.8+ and one for older versions 1.6+. Can you check that you have installed the 1.8+ version?

If that is the case, then can you attached the LAMS logs please? (see here for details)

Thanks,

Ernie

Ernie, Thank you for your help.

I don't know how I did it but it seems I downloaded both installations (1.8 and 1.6).
I deleted the module from Moodle and their folders and I started from scratch and it all has been really easy, without any problems.

Than you again,

Jose
