Forum LAMS for Tech-Heads - General Forum: IM's Where are the others and Photo icons

Communication plays a very importance role in distance learning.
Students do need an impression of who and where "being there" other.

I suggest a new option in Instant Messaging tool that allow Learners to see where are the others adding the current activity on their name in Group Chat dialogue.

Another idea is to add an icon of the real photo in the Users(x)window on the right. (See the attachment figure)

Is it possible Monitors of the sequence to be present and to participate in IM?
