Forum Problems Installing LAMS: Lams Access denied when starting sequence

In Sakai, when I click on the sequence I juest created, I get the following.

I do this as a sakai admin, so perhapse I should be able to do it.

the learner control frame gives a 403
*however* the learner content frame does not give the same error.

The sequence of URLS seen at the LAMS server is
