Hi Ian,

We have found this 403 error happening more frecuently lately. It's quite puzzling actually, as there's no reason why it should give access denied. You will see that if you refresh the frame it works.

We are having a look at it now and hopefully we'll get it fixed shortly.

I'll post any following findings here.
