The logs you just posted are showing port conflicts (another instance of JBoss/LAMS running). It explains the localhost_access having a 404 when requesting /jmx-console, JBoss had started but was broken.

When './run.sh' shows output like that in your first post, you can probably assume LAMS has started without errors. Before starting LAMS, check that nothing is occupying ports 8080 or one of JBoss' ports (1099, 4444, and so on) by doing 'netstat -an | grep 8080'.

Assuming LAMS has started up correctly and you still get a 'page is unavailable' error - maybe your browser is set to use a proxy?
