1: Problem with lesson cloning

Hello,

together with Spyros Papadakis we tried to clone a few lessons from a main group to a subgroup. The lessons of the main group were moved to the subgroup HOWEVER all the previous content of the subgroup are no longer visible into the subgroup.

The problem refers lams 2.3.5 on windows 2003 server of testlams.eap.gr server

Are there any suggestions how to retrieve them???

Hi Ernie,

The bug is that when cloning some lessons from a main group to a subgroup the system administrator account seems to loose its monitor privileges.

Also, all the monitors have been removed from all (cloned and non cloned lessons) of the main group

Any suggestions?

Hi Ernie,

The issue occurred after changing the roles of a list of users in the main group.

We have seen that when we add 60 users in a new subgroup with roles of learner/aurhor /monitor all the users were added to the main group with the same roles.

The problem was that we need to bulk change their roles on the main group and we changes our accounts as well!!!!

It is necessary to be able to extract the members of a group or subgroup in excel file to manage only these users.
