The server sometimes is "freezing" does not open (you see a blank screen)

The Jboss is running without problems

But ... when we click on Stop (LAMS server) and after on Start

Could not start LAMSv2 Service [SC] StartService FAILED 1056

An instance of the service is already running.

After 3 efforts and rebooting server LAMS is start up correct and the wildfire.

When a user running a sequence with chat. Chat does not work. The wildfire is seems to run ok.

Are there any suggestions?

Are there any other people with a similar problem?

Are you running this on windows or unix/linux? What's the version of wildfire you use?

Easiest thing would be to see what the logs have to say when starting up fails or when you get the freezing happening (I've sent an email about this though :). About the chat, one of the common problems with it not working is that the XmppDomain and XmppConference settings in LAMS don't match the ServerName in the Wildfire settings. It should be like:

Wildfire ServerName: blah.com
LAMS XmppDomain: blah.com
LAMS XmppConference: conference.blah.com

Also, the logs in Wildfire's logs directory will help if there's any other problem.
