Forum Problems Installing LAMS: ADDING CONTENT TO ACTIVITY--ANIMATION etc.

Hi,

Can anyone advise how content can be added to the the activity.
This is wqith regard to adding content such as
1. ANIMATIONS - Which may be in Flash or In Java
2. Play java applets that are loaded at the server as a part of content.
3. ADD Mvi/ jpeg files that can be played/ displayed as a part of an activity.

4. Adding A Podcast to the activity.

ANY help and guidance shall be great.

The object and purpose that I have in Mind is that this will allow the user/ Learner to be able to play the same if it is needed in the activity flow.
